Driven by a passion for the product, tradition and Catalan culture, André Labaume opened La Confiserie du Tech in 1964. In his small workshop, he devised the recipes for the delicious Rousquille, then Croquants and Tourons. Today, it's the third generation that perpetuates and perpetuates tradition, while bringing a breath of modernity to the company.
