Jef is a peasant ice-cream maker. A farmer because he grows his own fruit and herbs organically. Ice-cream maker because with love, know-how and a bit of witchcraft, he transforms fresh produce. In his workshop in Saint-André, he produces a range of organic sorbets, jams and syrups in small batches, entirely by hand. They are made from a generous portion of fresh, ripe fruit. Availability of flavors depends on season and harvest. We can assure you, it's all delicious!
