We're delighted to learn that Biscuiterie Artisanale Terroir & Canigou is committed to making local products the old-fashioned way. In this store, which smells of Catalonia, you'll find: Bunyetes, tourrons, Carquinyoles, rousquilles, tourteaux, bras de Vénus, Catalan millefeuilles, gingerbread... All homemade and made by Laurent Mach. This artisan biscuit-maker has been well-schooled, and we're telling you, we enjoyed it.
