In the middle of the olive trees, Sophie and Xavier Palatsi hold this vineyard with the precious advice of Jean Natoli. The estate, which extends over 60 hectares, 35 of which are vines, produces wines from sustainable agriculture. All have been Terra Vitis labelled since 2010 and benefit from the Pays d'Oc Hérault PGI protected geographical indication. Among the "specialities" of the house, the Jardin de Jules, a red wine; Jalade, a rosé; and the Cuvée Gatefer (red wines). Tastings and visits to the cellars are organised and guest rooms welcome you for one or more nights in the estate's bastide. Finally, a 250 m² room is available for receptions for up to 70 people. A beautiful place, delicious wines, pleasant rooms, a warm welcome... It is magnificent.

The Comptoir Gourmand is one of the institutions of the Halles Castellanes and the Halles Laissac. For more than seventeen years, Lory Caselli has favoured exceptional products in his delicatessen. These products - always AOC or AOP - come directly to him from the producers. If they are mainly local, they also come from elsewhere. This butchery, a reference to Béziers, keeps its quality year in and year out. The meat is purchased in the Aveyron and Tarn. A few hams and sausages from the biterrois hinterland - to taste absolutely for those who don't know - side with homemade homemade crues and homemade crues preparations that will make the most demanding temptation. These include, for example, cooked ham, fricandeaux or andouillettes. Don't miss the catering radius, everything is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At Reverdel, we really feel passionate about the profession and it's fun!
