The cows' milk is used to create farmhouse ice creams and sorbets, now available in some twenty flavors, including dark chocolate, honey, nougat, prune armagnac, strawberry basil, mango and white peach. Frozen desserts are also available, depending on the season, for Christmas or Easter. Products are available for sale at the farm, as well as at markets according to the calendar.
