Anissa Lakehal opened her bakery, Aube, in Champs-sur-Marne. A contender for the title of Best Bakery in France 2024, she never ceases to impress. Originally a lawyer, she finally gave it all up to devote herself to pastry-making, her true passion. At L'Aube, everything is homemade, from the bakery to the patisserie, using quality raw materials (Bresse cream, Poitou-Charentes PDO butter...).
