Le Fournil de Gauthier is one of those good independent bakeries where regulars and hearsay-savvy visitors flock. And they're not wrong, far from it. Here, of course, everything is homemade, with care and passion, by a team of 2 pastry chefs, 2 shop assistants and 3 bakers. You'll find bread baked in a wood-fired oven, a variety of pastries (lychee logs, tarts, apple turnovers...) as well as pizzas, fougasses, quiches and sandwiches.
