Flour creator and artisan miller, Moulins Decollogne is part of the living heritage of the Seine-et-Marne region, and of Précy-sur-Marne in particular. For nearly a century, this is where the flours that supply Parisian bakers and gastronomic professionals today have been produced. With a rigorous selection of raw materials and stone-ground millstones, our organic, old-fashioned production aims to be top-of-the-range. The grain is ground between two millstones, preserving its nutritional qualities to perfection!

This family-run organic saffron and rhubarb farm was born of an ambitious project. Today, it organizes annual tours during the "Balade du goût" days organized by the Ile-de-France Chamber of Agriculture. Farm producers will be delighted to answer your questions. Direct sales are also offered on these occasions. Groups of 20 or more are also welcome, upon reservation. A must-see!

In 1892, Eric Gobard's great-grandmother settled on the Chantemerle farm, where Coulommiers cheese was produced for 80 years. Today, reviving the traditions of the Pays de Brie, Anne and Eric have installed a mill made by the Green family in Tyrol, Austria. Using stone millstones, they produce organic flours from wheat, hemp and ancient cereal varieties they grow themselves. A visit to the site will reveal a wide range of flours (spelt, rye, wheat...), as well as cookies!
