Founded in 1951, the cider house was run by Jean-Paul Fahy and his wife Nicole, before recently handing over to their son, Pierre. The latter pursues the same spirit of production, respecting cycles and terroirs, and working according to the rules of organic farming. The mutliprimed ciders are unpasteurized, non-gasified and sulfite-free. The orchards also produce cider vinegar and apple juice.

Nestled between the Fontainebleau forest, the Seine and the Loing, Sylvain Boursier and Boris Penot's brewery is truly a tribute to the country, embodying better than anyone else this locavore spirit returned to the land, proximity and sustainable development. The micro-brewery practices its art according to the strict rules of craft beer, with malt and hops, a little yeast and sugar and nothing else! They offer a narrow range of classics, named after the local favorite sport of climbing, as well as a good range of ephemeral beers (or not!).

For almost twenty-five years now, the Rabourdin brewery has been one of the oldest microbreweries in the département, and a model of development, combining family management with respect for traditional methods. Today, the brewery has an audience that extends beyond the region, embodying Brie beer throughout France, notably through its beer ranges, such as the famous Briarde. Tours are available on reservation.

After fifteen years in public works and management, Ludivine and Sébastien decided to change their lives, and open their own microbrewery in 2015. Today, the company holds a firm place in the Ile-de-France brewing landscape, with a solid range of around ten cuvées, including triple miel, bière à la cerise, 77 IPA and 77 happy blonde. These beers can be purchased direct from the brewery or via their click & collect e-boutique. Guided tours of the brewery are also available.

The storyof Rhumance began with a meeting between Hedi Morin, a passionate lover of flavors and fragrances, and rhum arrangé, with its fabulous spices and fruits macerated according to the rules of the art. Rhumance, which has now spread to several cities, has been emulated by many, and for good reason. Here, people don't necessarily come to make a simple purchase, but to immerse themselves in a gustatory experience with an AOC agricultural and artisanal white rum from Martinique and a variety of flavors: pineapple/ginger, coconut/cinnamon or mango/passion fruit, which won an award at the Salon de l'agriculture.

Nicolas Beaussier's microbrewery, which opened next to the Meaux train station in 2018, offers a fine range of craft beers, including both permanent and ephemeral cuvées. The brewer favors short circuits and natural products, notably in his signature beers, Brie Conique with honey, and Rosée du Saule, made with hibiscus flower. You'll also find homemade lemonades, such as violet and passion.

Mathieu Pinelle runs his franchised wine cellar in the center of Coulommiers, right on the banks of the Grand Morin. On these well-stocked shelves, you'll find over 900 references from all over France and the world, for all occasions and with the expert advice of the cellarman. You'll be able to discover a range at all price points, from new releases to great classics, from confidential to prestigious appellations (Pessac-Léognan, Champagne, Costières de Nîmes, Saumur, Madiran...). The boutique also offers an interesting selection of spirits.

Le Repère de l'Epicurien is made for lovers of wines, champagnes, spirits and other beverages that are the perfect accompaniment to a good meal. As an independent business, this Bacchus den is in fact free to make its own choices, which is much to be appreciated. The emphasis is on products that you won't find anywhere else, or that meet the demands of regular customers. Other flavors on offer include foies gras, terrines, saucissons, taramas, mustards, vinegars and tapenades, as well as fine chocolates and organic fruit juices and syrups.

From field to bottle, this is the adage of the three friends who conceived this crazy but beautiful project in 2016. With their combined talents, the distillery opened in a 1760 farmhouse, part of a château that once belonged to the Comtesse de Ségur. But no misfortunes here, just liqueurs! Here, gin (gold medal 2023 and 2024), falernum and whisky are 100% Seine-et-Marn, made from grains sown, tended, harvested and processed on the farm.

Founded in 2021, the Provins brewery has put the town on the map for craft beer lovers, offering a fine range of local beers in the heart of the medieval city. The brewery's catalog of beers includes whites, blondes, ambers, browns and IPAs, not to mention specials, for a good dozen possibilities. You can enjoy them to take away or on site, in their superb old-fashioned pub, reminiscent of English taverns, with its wood and busy decor. Plates of artisanal products are also available.
