In 2018, Aude realized one of her dreams: to open her own wine cellar. A trained wine merchant with a big heart, she's been happy to share her good advice ever since, whether you're looking for a great vintage or a more confidential nugget, you'll find a bottle here at your table. This sommelier can also advise you on food and wine pairings. In short, you're in good hands in this timelessly decorated and welcoming cellar. You'll also find a wide selection of spirits.

MICROBRASSERIE SECOND DEGRÉ

Craft brewery and microbrewery

A friendly bar with a warm welcome and friendly staff. A great address for beer lovers, as here the sweet brew is brewed on site. You'll be able to choose your pints, just like on the other side of the Channel: floral lager, sweet and light, or bitter and fruity with body. You can also nibble. There's a choice of boards, sandwiches, sweet treats... and the best part is that everything is prepared using local produce, which is a real pleasure. We recommend it!

LA CAVE DE CRÉCY

Wine Cellar Wine House

Conviviality and a good choice of wines and spirits, with several hundred references, here you will discover every Saturday good flavors: Alsace, Burgundy ... White (Montagny, Meursault Sous la Velle ...), red (Pommard, Volnay Vieilles Vignes ...) and only good, even organic (Clos Puy Arnaud 2017 ...). And what a pleasure it is to receive advice or to rediscover the nectar that made us so happy... Wine, champagne or other AOP beverages (Beaumes-de-Venise, Terres Jaunes...). Here, we travel from one terroir to another, to the whim of grape varieties and aromas.

EARL DE SAINT BLANDIN

Cider grower

This is a family case that has run round since 1951. In the heart of Brie, between Coulommiers and Ferté-Gaucher, take advantage of a walk to make a @ stop at Jean-Paul and Nicole Fahy who took over the torch of the Father in 1972. With over 40 years of experience, Jean Paul Fahy produces his apple juice, raw or sweet cider, vinegar from briards orchards, planted with local organic varieties: Cluster Barré, Barré, Barré de ', Faro, Michelotte, Gendreville, Marie-Madeleine… as well as De, origin variety of the Country of Othe in the Yonne which brings natural acidity. The ciders are natural, not pasteurized, and do not contain sulfite. The fruit in pure condition. You will find in this exploitation and its orchards the flavours of authentic times. But not only. Other flavors as fresh as surprising and especially unheard of will surprise your taste buds, like this cider to pink or purple! A house to discover, eleven times crowned gold medals awarded during various competitions, including the Prize of the Foire fair in 2009 awarded by Périco Legasse, renowned journalist of gastronomic criticism.

DENIS MOUSSEAUX

Cider grower

This is a beautiful story. That of a man and an apple, who fell in love with each other from day one. The personality of Denis Mousseaux, "Papy Père Denis" as he called himself, invites poetry. Settled in Mazagran - commune of Saint-Denis-lès-Rebais -, a few kilometers from Coulommiers, on four hectares of open orchards, this former reeducator started to make his own cider in 1985. However, cider had no secrets for him. As a child, he was immersed in it. His uncle, a farmer, produced cider for his family and it is naturally by watching him that he acquired some rudiments. Later, he perfected his skills with several specialists. And then, little by little, he became this producer, today renowned, both for his kindness and for the quality of his cider. A cider that has been rewarded several times in competitions, including the one in 2013 in Beton-Bazoches, where he received the gold medal from the Commanderie des Gouste-Cidre d'Ile-de-France. With a mocking eye, Denis Mousseaux likes to share his passion, his tenderness, one could say, for his sweet, dry and raw ciders, mono-varietal apple juice (6 juices are offered according to the quality of the apple), cider vinegar, ratafia and other cider brandy "Fine de Brie" labeled with his seal "Père Denis". Made from old varieties of apples from the Brie region, Rousseau, Faro, Belle Josephine, Lanscailler, Fleuritard..., raised organically (he is, in this sense, certified organic since 2000 and a member of the Groupement d'agriculture biologique de la région Ile-de-France - GAB IDF), these delicious beverages must imperatively be part of the panoply of souvenirs that you will not fail to bring back from your escapades in the Brie region, for you and for your friends

BRASSERIE RABOURDIN

Gourmet products Beer and brewery

A reference in the world of regional brewing. The Rabourdin family has been making farmhouse beers from father to son. These are brewed from 100% pure malt. The malt comes exclusively from barley grown on the farm. Made and elaborated traditionally, the different Rabourdin beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, without any addition of carbon dioxide or preservatives. The three ranges of beers offered are the result of the Rabourdin family's artisanal and agricultural tradition. The brewery occupies the old grain silo of Courpalay.

BRASSERIE PACHAMAMA

Craft brewery and microbrewery

Nestled between the Fontainebleau forest, the Seine and the Loing, Sylvain Boursier and Boris Penot's brewery is truly a tribute to the country, embodying better than anyone else this locavore spirit returned to the land, proximity and sustainable development. The micro-brewery practices its art according to the strict rules of craft beer, with malt and hops, a little yeast and sugar and nothing else! They offer a narrow range of classics, named after the local favorite sport of climbing, as well as a good range of ephemeral beers (or not!).

RHUMANCE

Liquor store

The storyof Rhumance began with a meeting between Hedi Morin, a passionate lover of flavors and fragrances, and rhum arrangé, with its fabulous spices and fruits macerated according to the rules of the art. Rhumance, which has now spread to several cities, has been emulated by many, and for good reason. Here, people don't necessarily come to make a simple purchase, but to immerse themselves in a gustatory experience with an AOC agricultural and artisanal white rum from Martinique and a variety of flavors: pineapple/ginger, coconut/cinnamon or mango/passion fruit, which won an award at the Salon de l'agriculture.
