Read moreBuilt at the end of the 19th century, the stones used for its construction come from the Château des Tuileries. Nestled at an altitude of 600 m, it has been listed as a historical monument since 1977, but a scrubland fire damaged it a year later. It has been closed to the public for 40 years for safety reasons. In the meantime, you can leave your car in the small car park and walk up the 7-kilometre long winding road lined with eucalyptus trees (more than an hour), which has finally been renovated. Along the way you will see the tomb of the Pozzo di Borgo family.
