The Château de Quenza stands proudly on the outskirts of the village. It's a superb mansion with square tower and columned windows, home to the Colonna Cesari family, built with Tuscan stone on the model of the Palazzo del Podesta in Florence, and unique in Corsica. In summer, the garden becomes a venue for a contemporary art exhibition presided over by sculptor Marc Pietri, and works by local artists adorn the entire village during the sculpture biennial. The château's interior is due to reopen soon.
