This superb troglodyte restaurant, located about ten minutes from Amboise towards Chaumont, offers simple cuisine with quality products in an atypical setting. Guests can enjoy homemade foie gras terrine alone or in salad of the Reserve, very gourmet rillettes with its Towers, duck breasts and its hot potatos.
