The cuisine of chef Jean-Marie Gervais is a clever blend of local produce and a touch of exoticism. A quality cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal and local products. A very beautiful establishment with a nice menu that is always well stocked and that changes according to the chef's desires.

Jolie découverte cet établissement à l'occasion des automnales de la gastronomie, un accueil agréable, une jolie salle avec pierres et poutres, une cuisine goûteuse et de qualité avec des produits locaux ... Nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons sans hésitation ! Merci à toute l'équipe

Beau déjeuner - belle salle à manger et gens qui connaissent leur nourriture. Anguille fumée avec pomme de terre et radis, et langoustine et mangue pour commencer, suivie de lotte rôtie sauce au vin de chinon et de saumon avec une sauce aux morceaux de rôti de porc - le tout servi avec des légumes frais du jardin - une belle halte. Facile en voiture/à vélo depuis Chinon.....Et n'oubliez pas de suivre les recommandations de vins de Florence....!..
