Chef Jérôme Roy, a native of the department, worked in prestigious establishments before settling in Fondettes to put his talent at the service of the people of Touraine. His modern and friendly cuisine combines good local products. The ingredients are always assembled so that different textures caress the palate. To the fish, meat and vegetables are added the touches that make each dish a unique and succulent culinary work. The smiling welcome and the pleasant service add to the pleasure of spending a moment there.

Owner's Message
The restaurant is a sober and neat place where the chef Jérôme Roy, child of the Lochois country and his wife Valérie, native of Vendée, share with us their love of things well done.
The Opidom is the reflection of a globetrotting couple, between tradition and discovery. Working together in beautiful restaurants, from Michel Troisgros to Pierre Gagnaire, and putting down their suitcases from Tokyo to Moscow, passing through London and Geneva among others. Settling in Fondettes was the conclusion of an initiatory and gustatory journey. This new story begins at the end of 2019, when they have put their knowledge into practice and decided to share with us their visions of conviviality, where they will realize the dream of inventing their gastronomic table.

Sinon quand on a les moyens on peut se faire plaisir sans problème
Les plats sont audacieux et mélangent les textures ainsi que les saveurs de manière harmonieuse.
