The long bar is great for chatting, the terrace with its wooden logs is very trendy, and the cocktails, which are all the same price, are really well thought-out. The icing on the cake is that most of the beverages are made with good ingredients that are only revealed once they've been absorbed: what a surprise! A very nice place.

On his return, he opened Les Cognées, France's first axe-throwing centre: 10 targets and rather light axes, with blunt blades of course.
