Located on the edge of La Villette Basin, this property is a friendly bar. It's beautifully decorated – painted in blue and white - offering a perfect view of the outside. Have fun during concerts and DJ sets - hip-hop, electro... Early in the morning, the BarOurcq invests the docks and graciously provides its customers sun beds for sunbathing and balls of petanque while having a drink. One of the best spots for warm-up and summer picnic. Oyster sales on Sundays!

Le Barourcq est une vraie fourmilière. On y rentre les mains vides et ressort une bière à la main pour aller la siroter au bord du canal. Son emplacement fait son charme, tout comme son côté détendu et non guidé. On aime s'y retrouver!

Passant dans le quartier, je pousse la porte de ce bar: ambiance sympathique avec déco vintage -rustique. Carrelage à l'ancienne, lampes en papier froissé... un mélange de styles intéressant. Une carte de sirops incroyable (ils doivent avoir toute la gamme de sirops Monin), et du planteur pas cher en plus des classiques. Musique live certains soirs, et le bar prête des jeux de pétanque pour jouer sur les terrains en face. Service cordial. Je reviendrai!
Very cheerful atmosphere really (but unfortunately quickly packed out with the approach to the weather)!
