BOBINO
Bobino is a good name for music-hall lovers. Originally, it was the clown of the early th century clown. Several rooms were built successively on the same site, starting with that of the Folies Folies in 1873. A cabaret, it became coffee concert then music hall. From the 1950 s, Bobino competes with Olympia. This theatre welcomes Georges Brassens, Josephine Baker, Edith Piaf, Juliette Greco, Serge Reggiani, Fernandel, Jacques Brel, Barbara, Léo Ferré, Georges Moustaki, Michel Sardou, Claude Nougaro, Renaud Charles Aznavour, Thierry Le Luron, Coluche, Guy Bedos, and countless other Stars. The room closes in 1983 and is demolished. But the show continues in a new space. In 1991, Studio Bobino took over and displayed concerts and comic shows, notably under the direction of Philippe Bouvard. Resuming by Gérard Louvin, the room takes the name Bobin'o from 2007 to 2009. There are countless cabaret activities, restaurant, lounge bar and club. In the spring of 2009, Bobino regained its status as a music hall with its eight hundred places.
