It's in a small, not very well-known corner of the 20th century that you will discover Lou Pascalou, "Le petit Pascal" in Basque. This cultural café programs rock concerts, songs or world music and meetings with writers. It also presents exhibitions of artists and projections of short films. Some evenings are also dedicated to board games or tournaments of the Paris Improvisation League (see the programme on the café's website). The place succeeds in combining culture, good atmosphere, discovery and sharing. The staff is charming, even during peak periods. A little extra: on sunny days, the large terrace is very much appreciated.

Très bonne ambiance, concerts sympas, plutôt calme en semaine et assez animé certains week-ends. Un des endroits vraiment sympa du quartier.
A classic bistro Parisian... The houses of the boulevard but no these meetings. I would highly.
