Le Motel is not a hotel, not quite a bar, not really a concert hall, but it's a bit of a mixed bag in its destroy décor and rock spirit. We are always surprised to find relaxing addresses in dynamic and tumultuous neighbourhoods, yet La Seine Café is a member of this small family and we find ourselves relaxing a stone's throw from the Bastille.
