Quite banal from the outside, if you don't pay more attention, you could go your way! Indeed, it is by entering the interior of this quite classic brasserie that you discover the charm of the place: brown furniture and red seats, sounds of cutlery and exclamation behind the kitchen, Napoleonic frescoes which adorn the back wall, small dishes of the south west, and many other highly tasty surprises… For a quick coffee or a long break with friends with a glass of wine, Caffe Cambronne is enjoyable for its warm atmosphere. The price is certainly a little high, but you won't be disappointed by the quality of the establishment.

A swore great fan of Elvis (his tattoos prove his faith), biscotos and cap screwed on the head, Alan runs his bar like no one else. Tens of "old" mojito are served each day here, and we rarely wait on the counter. In a mood of rockabilly and Montmartrean bistro, the atmosphere encourages you either to dance the rock or to listen to the anecdotes of this place which crossed all 20th century, leaned with an original. In addition to that, Alan, a passionate about history, knows some nice stories about former owner, named Camille. Our favourite is: when the German soldiers went up the hillock to search the neighbourhood during the Second World War, we heard the whistle of Camille to warn the inhabitants to the Sacré-Coeur. In short, we have fun in the old-fashioned way at Chez Camille and we do it well.

A must, located right next to La Cigale and having the same notoriety in Paris - or almost. Indeed, this trendy bar with its industrial and wooded decor, on several levels, is located right next to the famous stage. This is where the trendy youth meet before or after having shared a musical moment, but it is above all a very lively rallying point. In the evening, avoid making it a place for a romantic date, the crowd is dense, and we prefer to come here in a group. The drinks are affordable for the neighbourhood, and the terrace is unmissable in summer. In short, an institution in Pigalle, filled from morning to night.

You will have to go to the 20th district to discover Artimus. And frankly, you will hardly regret it. First of all, because Artimus, the name of the professor who rules here, is really well thought out. The settings plunge you into spaces that are more real than life, and into different missions: Naples in the 16th century, distant exoplanets in the future etc... In groups (up to 5 people, but the place can also accommodate private events), it's time for reflection, deduction and team spirit.

For those who have enough of the rue de Charonne and its surroundings, the Piston Pelican is a bar where the atmosphere is good child. The name comes from a theatre troupe who loved the place and was there. The decor is classic and sober with the atmosphere, it remains whatever it is relaxed and festive. Cool jazz for the aperitif or evening? Direction the hotel of Aubusson where the Café Laurent is - about sixty places. Since 2001, in a factory of beams and fireplaces - there is also a patio - the trio of pianist Christian Brenner leads the game, often accompanied by a guest soloist. Opened in 1690, the Café Laurent was a very popular address of the intellectuals of the Enlightenment. Later, at Liberation, it was its winery that made world famous its address: the famous Taboo was indeed here. He was frequented by Boris Vian, Raymond Queneau, François Mauriac, Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Juliette Greco, Mouloudji… Legendary! Note that Wednesday evening is based on the concept of "a piano, a voice".

Gay and very "guys", one of the gay locomotives in the neighborhood. The ritual is fun: until 18 p. m. there is virtually no one. Then boys go dinner and there is no longer a big world until closure. In Cox, you'll find a lot of guys, quadras or a little less, short hair, @, tattooed, tattooed, tan, jean, or leather. The interior decoration changes every three months - from the farm to the casino. Well-known DJ djs perform on the players every evening. " The garden, between fun kitsch and "as at home" makes this bar a unique place of its kind. It is in several versions, bourgeois for the dining room with old wallpaper wallpaper and lustre, kitchen in another room with bed and red and white tiles, half caravan as separation, for another, with a large U at the entrance, a DJ cabin. There are large dining to eat together or a submarine in the basement, not to mention the DJs'caravan. There are salads, croques, dishes of the day, breakfast plates. A lot of choices at very reasonable rates given the neighbourhood. Daily music programming, especially electro-magnetic. Lesbian mixed public - especially -homo - some - and hetero - a little too much. Very noisy place because of - or thanks to? - its success. Girls in the service are speeds and often at the limit of kindness. Regular alternative evenings, consult the site for dates.

An old corner bar with unpromising decor near the canal: at first glance, that is what this institution of quai de Jemmapes looks like. But once you sit down at the table, you quickly forget the pine cone hanging from the ceiling and the statuettes of bucolic nymphs scattered throughout the bar. This is the kingdom of Adel, who run his small café with good humour and sympathy, a tradition that is lost in the other neighbourhood bars. If we come here, it is not so much for the contents of the glass or the plate (some Syrian specialities are proposed), but for the people with whom we taste them. Here, you will find a few merry regulars, some quite drunk students and idle artists. Every evening or almost, musicians give small concerts, without any fuss. The prices are reasonable, the evenings are always pleasant, especially in summer when the terrace is full of customers enjoying the beautiful days… and beautiful nights!

Once under the tent now planted near Porte Maillot, let yourself be rocked by the magic created by the founder of this family circus, Alexandre Romanès. Here you will attend an extraordinary show, which pays tribute to the founders of the fairground art, the Gypsies. It is also the last circus of its kind to be found in Europe. You will not see tigers in cages, nor clowns, but acrobats, dancers, a learned dog who is not that knowledgeable... A family and good-natured atmosphere, to such an extent that when one of the young artists from the community fails, the whole audience applauds to encourage him. The orchestra, composed of several guitars, violins and brass, takes up great gypsy themes in a good mood. At the end of the show, Alexandre Romanès delivers some gypsy wisdom. One of our favourite proverbs: "A man is much more ferocious than a tiger. A tiger, you give him fifteen kilos of meat and he's full, a man, you cover him with gold and he wants more! »

THÉÂTRE DES CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES

Concert hall for classical music opera and dance
4.6/5

Barely 100 years old and already this theatre has a rich and abundant history! From 1913, it was a real little bomb. First of all, its appearance: nothing traditional, Art Nouveau inside, outside, everywhere. Concrete structure and Art Nouveau architecture are the result of a meeting between Auguste Perret, architect, magnate and concrete theorist, and Henry Van de Velde, innovative architect. Antoine Bourdelle is the author of the travertine facade. Then, the Nabis are exhibited inside: Maurice Denis, Ker-Xavier Roussel, Jacqueline Marval and Edouard Vuillard made interior design an avant-garde piece of early 20th century art. It was inaugurated in April 1913 with Claude Debussy, Paul Dukas and Vincent d'Indy. But it was in May that he caused a scandal by presenting Igor Stravinsky's Le Sacre du Printemps. Since then, the theatre has remained faithful to its avant-garde personality in the creative field of dance. Since then, the theatre has offered a wide programme of events throughout the year in its three rooms, where the decoration, which has remained intact, is in itself a show.

To drink a blow to "Proib," it is worth: we need to climb Tholozé Street, which is not a thin matter. But once installed, it's a good time. Here, the atmosphere is young, festive, relaxed and even a little (many) nutty in the image of the patron, Lucia, former tenant of the bar opposite (old cannons, for connoisseurs). Here we are not dying of hunger: home made tapas to will until, then a big plaster of Italian pasta to follow. We don't die of thirst either: Italian wines, original cocktails and good humour in the bar, a real, winning combo. On Thursday, it is a blind night test; On Tuesday, it's the turn of customers to make cooking around the famous'mess of mates '. So if you want to get your food tasted in the neighborhood, do not hesitate, sign up.

Open - Close to 02h00

Café and restaurant upstairs, concert hall and concert hall downstairs: it's an understatement to say that this Pop-Up du Label knows how to do things right. While the kitchen is well smelled, in neighbourhood canteen mode, with seasonal dishes well smelled, it stirs hard underneath! And for good reason, the space, which is quite vast, offers an eclectic program, and many of the artists are still unknown, but are expected to break through soon. Lescop, Yaël Naïm, Juliette Armanet have been here, and we can only invite you to take a regular look at the programming. As a bonus, the Pop-Up gallery, which has just opened, with works by the team's favourite artists.

Hypnose is a cocktail bar located near the Grands Boulevards where you can enjoy a successful mixture of fruity at a very reasonable price. Special mention for the Sheitan, made with tequila, mangalore and Espelette pepper, a delicious cocktail with Hypnose sauce... If its competitors focus on the chic and elegance, Hypnose has the sense of simplicity and conviviality. The setting is cosy. The bartenders are friendly and passionate: they are in search of creativity with a perfect blend of flavours. And in addition, the products are fresh. You can talk calmly after work and accompany your cocktail with a board of cheese or charcuterie. After 10 pm, the atmosphere is transformed and the party continues until closing. NO ENTRY

Cocktail bar

In the basement of Pink Mamma, one of the restaurants of the Big Mamma Italianizing Band, there is a hidden and really well hidden bar! To access it, you have to push a heavy metal door with the inscription "No entry". We then cross a small corridor in the air of a refrigerator where pieces of meat are hung behind windows and by pushing the second door we arrive in a completely different atmosphere: a room with soft and warm lights that is very cosy cocoon. A la carte, it is a cocktail festival that highlights ingredients from 15 Italian regions. We recommend Toscana with chianti and pomegranate with a zest of yuzu. Each cocktail is accompanied by antipasti (parmesan, olives, focaccia and mortadella). A unique bar not to be missed!
