In the basement of Pink Mamma, one of the restaurants of the Big Mamma Italianizing Band, there is a hidden and really well hidden bar! To access it, you have to push a heavy metal door with the inscription "No entry". We then cross a small corridor in the air of a refrigerator where pieces of meat are hung behind windows and by pushing the second door we arrive in a completely different atmosphere: a room with soft and warm lights that is very cosy cocoon. A la carte, it is a cocktail festival that highlights ingredients from 15 Italian regions. We recommend Toscana with chianti and pomegranate with a zest of yuzu. Each cocktail is accompanied by antipasti (parmesan, olives, focaccia and mortadella). A unique bar not to be missed!
