Everything here is homemade and prepared on the premises, and the specialties, are particularly tasty and delicious. Try for example the Port Louis galette (Scallops and blend of leek) or Cancale (Guémené andouille, egg, cheese, mushrooms and cream), and as for the pancakes, try the Colpo (golden apples, caramel butters savoury, chantilly and grilled almonds) or Carentoir (pear, hot chocolate, whipped cream, grilled almonds). Equally on the menu, 3 Salads. One of the most beautiful establishments!
