The Falaise pig doesn't have the same reputation as the Bayeux pig, but maybe it will, because it is with passion and authenticity that Delphine and Vincent raise their little protégés. It's simple: you can find their know-how in their products (black pudding, head pâté, smoked sausage, terrine with Vire andouille, ham, chorizo tchoutchouka...). Their sausages are sold either directly at the farm, or on their website and in a few specialist shops. But the most interesting thing is to visit the farm!

Good news! Ferme du Bec d'Or has opened a grocery store in Manneville-la-Pipard, near the town hall. Farmers for four generations in Orbec (a predestined name!), the Soetaert family raises free-range poultry. Chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, ducklings, capons and hens thrive in 4 hectares of orchards. In addition to farmhouse poultry at good prices, the site offers a selection of products (delicatessen, cheeses, wines, spirits) from passionate producers. And every Sunday, don't miss the chicken roasted on site with roasted potatoes!

La Ferme des Sources is a livestock farm located in Glos, in the Calvados region. Founded by Julien, it specializes in raising Limousin breed suckling cattle, in compliance with animal welfare and organic farming rules. Aude-Sophie has joined the team to handle communications and help Julien with the animals. The farm offers a wide range of products, including meat parcels from 6 to 12 kg, retail meat, firewood and wood chips. In addition, the farm also offers boarding for horses, with rotating pasture and stabilized areas. Ferme des Sources is expanding rapidly, and plans to open a laying hen and broiler workshop for direct sale in the near future.

How we love to find a beautiful traditional farm like this one, just off the beaten track. You'll be proud to take home a farmhouse PDO Pont-l'Évêque. Thank you, Sabine and Gilbert! The duo, who have been raising forage-fed dairy cows on their farm since 2004, transform the milk of their protégés into fresh products: crème crue, butter, fromage blanc fermier, faisselle and whole-milk yoghurts. Winners of numerous medals at the Concours Général Agricole, the couple have expanded their range over the years. The whole Pays d'Auge served up on a platter!

Stéphane and Lucille Grandval will be delighted to introduce you to this superb Augeron estate, rich in history. Here, know-how has been passed down for three generations. It was Yvon, the grandfather, and his producer friends who created the Syndicat des producteurs du Cru de Cambremer and the Route du Cidre. A detour is therefore essential to discover the site, its timber-framed buildings, some of which (cellar and press) date from the 16th century, and the 20 or so varieties of apples grown: AOC Pays d'Auge cider, AOC pommeau, AOC Pays d'Auge Fine calvados, Hors d'Age...

Awarded the Boulanger de France label for its artisanal work, the Capucine bakery defends 100% local food. Christophe Lepetit used to work in industrial transport, then he wanted to change his life. A successful bet! His vision of work, homemade of course, and his taste for social ties have enabled him to climb the ladder, even taking part in the show The Best Bakery on M6. And at a time when hotels are increasing the price of their breakfast, we also noticed this bakery for its complete breakfast at a reasonable price.

Since 2021, Luc's brand-new Gui-Gui has been on display in Place du Petit-Enfer, facing the sea! This soft, sticky candy is twisted around a stick. In their charming guitoune, Samuel (Sam to his friends) and Jordy are the guardians of a recipe that dates back to 1906. A local boy, Sam took over the business where he had been a seasonal worker, before being joined by his friend from Vendée. Since then, the duo has been inventing and combining flavours and colours to delight young and old alike. A must for the whole family: the Gui-Gui, a must-see!

Five kilometers from Beaumont-en-Auge, in Bourgeauville, Caroline and Thierry represent the fourth generation of Pont-l'évêque producers from the Martin farm. To obtain a high quality raw milk cheese, there is a lot of work. Care of the sixty dairy cows, milking at 7am and 6pm, manual and artisanal cheese making... Without forgetting the very precise specifications for the PDO. A work rewarded by the prize of the golden pont-l'évêque from 2014 to 2021, during the famous cheese festival which takes place in... Pont-l'Évêque!

Lactose allergic people have no more excuses. Beautiful delicacies sold on the spot and that you will find on the good tables (of hosts) of the area.
