Never better served than by yourself! Creating our own gin is just such a workshop offered by English-born David and sommelier Julie. In their distillery, they make gin, from the classic to fruit-infused gin, including Cold Brew (coffee liqueur), Vodka Normande, and now Pastis du Verger (voted best Pastis in the world in 2025 - that's a mouthful, Marseillais!) Tasty, original choices made in Normandy. This artisanal micro-distillery has won the prize for best gin in France 3 times!

J'ai participé à un atelier distillation de gin animé par Dave. Une superbe expérience. Dave nous accompagne dans la création de notre composition et partage avec nous son savoir-faire et sa passion. On repart avec de nouvelles connaissances, une bouteille de gin unique, à notre image et avec de beaux souvenirs.
L'accueil chaleureux de Dave et Julie dans leur atelier - boutique donne envie de revenir. Les produits en vente sont originaux et de qualité.
