Artisan chocolatier making LENÔTRE macaroons to melt with pleasure in the store or tearoom
In one of Lisieux's old streets, a 15th-century half-timbered house is home to the nugget that is Chocolaterie Mérimée. After 10 years' experience at Lenôtre, Emmanuel Mérimée opened his own chocolate factory for our greatest pleasure. Like a delicacy, the exterior - splendid and authentic - reflects what's inside: an assortment of chocolates, macaroons made to LENÔTRE recipes, sweets and pastries. You can visit the chocolate factory (reservation required) or enjoy a hot chocolate in the tearoom.

Il y a la possibilité de prendre un café (pas pu tester). Possibilité d'avoir une visite de comment est fait le chocolat.
La boutique est vraiment belle, elle a dû cachet.
Il y a un vaste choix de produits, les prix sont corrects et restent dans la norme.
J'ai pu tester certains de leurs produits que j'ai acheté (tablettes, pâte à tartiner, caramel beurre salé, pont l'évêque au chocolat noir/lait, dragées aux chocolats).
Allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu ????
bonne confiture dommage d'y trouver des morceaux d'ongles vernis rouge !!!?!
