And here, everything, but absolutely everything, is homemade, with specialties such as apple with calvados coated with candy sugar, chocolate from the Pays d’Auge (Tatin-style apple ganache), ice creams, verrines, fruit jellies (wrongly left out, our grandmothers’ sweets come back with reassuring naturalness), spreads...
