À LA REINE MATHILDE

Patisserie
4.5/5
2 reviews

The Bayeusains, as well as the tourists, are delighted with this pastry and confectionery shop (and tea room) founded in 1898. An institution! Run for the last twenty years by Isabelle and Pascal Doublet, Reine Mathilde has a unique cachet: high ceilings, mouldings, gilding, chandeliers and old-fashioned frescoes all combine here for the pleasure of the eyes. We can't resist. So to your tablets! Chocolate bars, of course.

Bakery

A successful bet! His vision of work, homemade of course, and his taste for social ties have enabled him to climb the ladder, even taking part in the show The Best Bakery on M6. And at a time when hotels are increasing the price of their breakfast, we also noticed this bakery for its complete breakfast at a reasonable price.
