The new terraced plots are farmed organically. The Gamay and Pinot Noir cuvée Les Maltôtes is also available in Chardonnay and Tressallier. Cuvée Le Quarteron, made from chardonnay, tressallier and sauvignon, is aged in Tronçais oak barrels. Vin d'Alon, made from chardonnay and tressallier, is aged in vats. Cuvée S.A.S. Le prince Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz, made from vin d'Alon, is aged in barrel.

So he has a global vision of the wine industry. He vinifies a pinot-gamay AOC Saint-Pourçain and a 100% tressallier. The gamay, with its fruity potential, is featured in the cuvée Les Fables.
