LES TERRES D'OCRE

Florent Barichard and Éric Nesson cultivate 11 ha of red vines and 7 ha of white vines, using integrated farming methods. Indigenous yeasts and ageing in concrete vats produce ripe, fresh whites. Instan T is an entry-level wine in all three colors. Tressallier is featured in the Champs Carrés cuvée. Les Cailloux is a Pinot Noir rich in flowers and cranberries, marked by its long ageing in wood. Les Ardelles is surprisingly powerful and sweet. The grand cuvées are aged in oak barrels. Two sparkling wines, one white and one rosé, Clin d'œil.
