DOMAINE DE CHINIERE

An 11-hectare estate of vines planted entirely on clay-limestone soils, the oldest of which are 60 years old, producing several cuvées. Aurélien masters the vinification process, a skill he inherited from Philippe Chérillat. He produces 600 hectolitres of AOC wine, which he sells to the Union des Vignerons de Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule. He also took over Philippe's farm, 180 ha of cereal crops (EARL du Pomiret), which he sells to the Barilla brand via the agricultural cooperative. Silver medal for his red at the Concours Général Agricole 2023.
