Fabien Malavaud and his wife have taken over the 11 hectares of Domaine Gallas as independent winegrowers. He is also the new president of the Fédération des Vignerons Indépendants de l'Allier, and president of the Conservatoire des anciens cépages de l'Allier. So he has a global vision of the wine industry. He vinifies a pinot-gamay AOC Saint-Pourçain and a 100% tressallier. The gamay, with its fruity potential, is featured in the cuvée Les Fables. He offers two whites, two reds, a rosé and a champagne-method sparkling wine.

Independent winemakers, Fanny and Alexandre cultivate 18 hectares of vines spread over three communes on clay-limestone and clay-granitic soils. Their white wines are Grand Jardin, Coquillard and Tradition. Their rosé wines are Tradition and Rai de Soleil, both made from pure Gamay grapes. For reds, Cuvée des Gaumes, Font Gervin and red Tradition are made from Gamay and Pinot Noir. Sparkling wines include Ray de Bulles white and rosé. Also the Coquillard vendange d'été, a white with honey, the Orang'Ray, the Nois'Ray, a Limone'R, and a balsamic vinegar.

The Laurent family farms 35 hectares of vines on three different terroirs, small plots of limestone or granite, scattered across the hillsides of Saulcet, Bransat and Verneuil. Since 2020, they have been certified High Environmental Value, attesting to the estate's good practices in terms of biodiversity and low use of inputs. They produce three red cuvées from Gamay and Pinot Noir: Calnite, Puy Real (gold medal 2023, Terres de Vins) and Filiation. In white, two cuvées, Calnite and Puy Real. Sparkling wines: Yvonne and Le 31 rosé.

The Jallet family farms 7 hectares of AOC white, red and rosé in the communes of Contigny and Saulcet. Discover the Tradition white, aged in barrels. The rosé, made from direct-pressed Gamay grapes. The red Tradition is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. For over a century, the roots of the Cuvée des Ceps Centenaires have drawn their strength from the clay-limestone slopes, giving this wine great suppleness. Cuvée Les Pierres Brûlées comes from century-old vines, and won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2023.

Independent winegrowers, the Courtinat family manages 13 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Nathalie and Christophe produce white wines from the tressallier grape variety, a white Tradition and a sparkling Blanc de Blanc. In Gamay, the Cuvée des Pérelles and a Cuvée Tradition, as well as a rosé and a sparkling rosé. Numerous awards at the Concours Général Agricole. An 11-hectare estate of vines planted entirely on clay-limestone soils, the oldest of which are 60 years old, producing several cuvées. Aurélien masters the vinification process, a skill he inherited from Philippe Chérillat. He produces 600 hectolitres of AOC wine, which he sells to the Union des Vignerons de Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule. He also took over Philippe's farm, 180 ha of cereal crops (EARL du Pomiret), which he sells to the Barilla brand via the agricultural cooperative. Jean started out as an independent organic winemaker, with his 1.5 hectares of Gamay, Chardonnay and Tressallier. He produced his very first vintage in 2021. A white micro-cuvée called Initial with the AOC's signature grape, tressallier, and a fruity, wood-free red called Frière. New vintages are in the pipeline.
