SUNSET CAFÉ

Beach bar
4/5

The Sunset Café definitely has it all. From morning to night, you can enjoy a coffee, lunch, dinner or aperitif with your feet in the sand, facing the ocean. The à la carte menu features cocktails (with or without alcohol), beers and wines from France and abroad, as well as hearty sharing platters, homemade tapas, poké bowls and tataki. For dessert, our favorite is the brioche perdue (spread with roasted hazelnuts and macadamia vanilla ice cream). A must-see spot to admire the sunset.

On Place Camille-Jullian, in the heart of Bordeaux, the Utopia terrace is the ideal place to relax. In the morning, enjoy a coffee or breakfast, and read in the warmth of the first rays of sunshine. Later in the day, share a drink in the lively, festive atmosphere of the Place Bordelaise. The former Saint-Siméon church, full of character, also has an indoor space. The former Strong Pub has changed ownership and it is now Jean-Luc, known as Lucky, who holds the helm of Monbadon HQ, accompanied by Alix. The pub, whose identity is gay, wants to be a friendly friend. Very good music and a good kid's atmosphere are in the program in a frame inspired by English pubs! A good plan for Sunday's aperitif: tapas is offered in addition to your drinks!

Located in Bassins à Flot, Café Oz is an Australian bar. On the walls, mosaic frescoes by artist Emma Simon are an eye-catching reminder of Aboriginal pointillism. A friendly, sporty place, Café Oz boasts giant screens so you won't miss any of the sports broadcasts. On the drinks front, you'll find a wide choice of wines, cocktails and beers, some imported directly from Australia. Docked just opposite the café, the Oz Boat offers catering, afterworks and event privatization. Cheers mate!

Here is a unique place in the heart of the Cap Ferret peninsula for a tapas aperitif with friends, for dinner and to enjoy good family cuisine (couscous, fish, rib steak or prime rib for two with its salad and chips.... but beware here the fries are homemade and cut with a knife) or simply to spend a good evening around a glass of wine or a cocktail, the menu is rich and inventive, with a choice of mojitos that leaves you dreaming: Virgin Mojito, Basque Mojito, raspberry Mojito.... or a French coffee at Grand Marnier... that you can enjoy in a pretty lounge designed for this purpose or on the terrace, and all this in a vintage decor like a brocante house where antique furniture, paintings, mirrors and windsurfing boards go together very well! You can also enjoy the garden and pool table... In this Cape Ferrian atmosphere, almost with your feet in the water, you will spend a very long time and have only one desire when you leave... come back!

The local students have made their headquarters, especially those of medicine, in the atmosphere of an old pharmacy, decorated with woodwork, jars, medicines and anatomy boards. Chic, British decor for this tea and restaurant. Two rooms for an impressive atmosphere: Victorian portraits watch you with a fun eye while the tables are decorated with silverware cooking objects. In the middle of the room, on a beautiful and long marble table, all the pastries are made home, beautiful to look and very tempting… To eat on site or to take away, you can only choose between chocolate, lemon pie or pistachios… And to accompany all these wonders, a rich selection of teas. Artistic and acoustic atmosphere for this pub with a ceiling decorated with vinyl that broadcasts different music: pop, rock, jazz and électro… All in Length, this bar features rows of ultra-comfortable leather benches and views of a 70 ' s. On the consumption side, note a well-velvety chocolate if you want to take a snack or a few simple but effective aperitifs. Let's finish with the delicious and just as warm welcome as the establishment. Smiling and communicative servers work largely with the place. In the end, Milo's is an unpretentious place that offers the opportunity to spend a good evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Ideal for a winter, a terrace in the middle of the life of the Saint-Pierre quarter or in the contact of the retro atmosphere, Milo's is an indispensable place to start the evening…

After the Saint John Bridge, by crossing the Deschamps quay, third street on the left. The Enseigne's (with a) spark of a beautiful blue night is just a few hundred metres away from the Saint John Bridge. A little historical reminder. The discotheque was resumed three years ago. Here is club, karaoke and retro dance. This is a quality karaoke, a disco for 25-45 years and a retro club every Thursday evening and Sunday after Noon. In the programme: Tea dancing on the rhythm of waltz, of tango… It's dj's Confetti who animates! The hotel welcomes great DJ's regularly. The vast room of 800 m 2 welcomes especially the singers and singers who are trying to charm themselves, and who after choosing consumption and song in a book prepared on each table, singent with (and sometimes technical) stars of the French or international variety. But the Eclypse is mainly a disco where to celebrate in a good spirit… in total safety…

The Britishest bar is in Talence! The Stag & Loar is an authentic pub in the pure English tradition. It's run by the duo Samuel and Anne, and their team of English-speaking waiters are unanimously acclaimed. On the menu, you'll find a wide range of drinks, mainly beers of course, not forgetting a few nibbles for aperitifs. The Marine Bear is intended, unlike all the institutions that target LGBT audiences with a tendency to ghettoize, an LGBT place that welcomes neighbours! A truly convivial area where it is possible to exchange, share his experiences, laugh and play together thanks to the Caesar 51 kit, composed of a card game and 4 glasses of pastis! The crew of this unlikely vessel is made up of the captain, also nicknamed "Madame Yvonne", creator of troquet and David, "Shrimp". If the bar's identity is bear, it is therefore very open to the smallest nature, as long as they share bear values: generosity, sincerity and rejection of superficiality.

A huge terrace on the beach street promenade and a large and long room, at the lecture of the impressive mural mural. It represents many characters, almost as much as the mignonnettes collection at the end of the counter. This is an example of a "inhabited" establishment - of those who live and attract life beyond September 15. But in season, it's the spot where you get nibble-boy - dawn - and until now, depending on the envy of the moment: ice or dessert, fresh pasta in choice sauce, Landes salad, pepper magret, or home-made specialities at 11 € such as lentils or rabbit rabbit, unveiling of a siesta on the beach. The reception is smiling and the ideal location to wait for a return from the market (hall just opposite), or for a stopover on the beach road. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
