In Malagasy, Mora Mora means "gently gently", so here we take our time... To savor a specialty coffee roasted by Piha, to savor an organic pastry from Babel Bread, to bite into a burger or hot dog whose meats and toppings come directly from the market stalls (fresher and more local, you just can't beat that). We also take the opportunity to have a chat with Toots, the friendly and ever-smiling manager of this little coffee shop that brings the sunshine to Bordeaux, even in winter.
