Paul Gouzien set up his Opus 34, created in 2020, on rue porte de la monnaie, then within the TnBA (ex-Café du théâtre). And that makes it a real artists' HQ! Opened before and after theater performances,Opus 34 is a bright and beautiful place, with a stage for Op'N'Mic events, a large bar and a terrace under the trees near the Sainte-Croix church. The area is particularly pleasant. Here, you can enjoy ultra-worked simonettes to share. At lunchtime, Opus 34 is a veritable canteen, with a menu priced at 15 euros.

Adresse incontournable, le classique de l'étape, et encore mieux quand la météo permet de s'atabler en terrasse. Menu maîtrisé, dans un style fusion, un sans faute.
