After the success of Chez Thérèse, an atypical restaurant located in Saint-Michel, the team has taken on a new challenge: the Comptoir Thérèse, a neo-bistro and gourmet wine bar. You can have lunch and dinner with local dishes (oysters from the Basin, entrecote from the Capucins market...), without forgetting to accompany them with some good wines. At aperitif time, we share boards and spreads, which can be taken away since the place is also a canning and delicatessen store. And every first wednesday of the month, we enjoy a tasting evening with animation.

Guignol Guérin has been entertaining children and their parents since 1853. It is the oldest family of puppeteer-guignolists in France, now in its sixth generation. Shows take place all year round in the Parc Bordelais, depending of course on the weather. To mark its ^170th anniversary, the Guignol Guérin will be exhibiting part of its puppet collection at the Hôtel Ragueneau in Bordeaux from September 15 to 25, 2023. It will also present its history and offer traditional and interactive shows for young and old alike.

Le Café Joyeux is a family of inclusive and supportive coffee shops, training and employing people with mental and cognitive disabilities in the kitchen and in service, with the aim of restoring their confidence. In 2020, the franchise set up shop on rue Sainte-Colombe, in a beautiful space with a large sunny terrace. The welcome is warm and friendly. The menu includes hot drinks, fruit juices and pastries, as well as savoury tarts, croques, salads and hot dishes. A second address has since opened in Bord'eau Village.

The most authentic bubble teas in town! The kawaii fans are not mistaken and rush in this small blue store to order their favorite tea drink: milky, fruity, with tapioca pearls or fruit jelly... The menu also proposes some original creations, as well as excellent homemade daifuku (Japanese pastries made with glutinous rice dough filled with various flavors). Managed by the Société des Courses de La Teste, the La Teste-de-Buch racecourse is one of the four finest in France. Set in 80 hectares of greenery, from March to September it hosts no fewer than 18 days of gallop racing exclusively. But when you step inside, you'll discover an escape game with two horrific scenarios to rack your brains and thrill your friends. This immersive speakeasy experience invites players to move through the sets and interact with the actors to plunge into the darkness of an occult sect, or to solve the mystery of the unsolved disappearance of a young child. The bar also offers themed costume evenings.

At the Cave des Darons, we drink and eat. Yannick took over this old cellar, which had already been in existence for 25 years. We particularly like the patio (which can be privatized) where you can enjoy the terrace. Le Pré Salé is a tapas bar with a "colorful and recuperative" terrace that invites you to sip a cocktail or a cold drink. We would have gone for tapas, but... we weren't offered. Too bad, because the mixed "plank" looked rather nice. Afterwards, we headed off to watch the sunset over the pool at the end of the street.

Since 2022, the Organisme de Défense et de Gestion, which represents more than 220 winegrowers in 5 cooperatives and 350 individual wineries, has been operating a Wine Truck to promote Médoc and Haut-Médoc AOC wines.
