On the savoury side, a number of world-influenced dishes are perfectly executed: subtly spiced shakshouka, creamy eggs Benedict, seasonal tartine on organic sourdough bread... De Part et d'Autre is a 2-in-1 establishment, just the way we like it: on the one hand you eat, on the other you have fun! Upstairs, the pretty Bordeaux brasserie serves seasonal dishes subtly enhanced with Creole touches at lunch and dinner times. After the feast for the taste buds, it's time to relax: the basement is home to a Caribbean rum cellar with a hushed, intimate atmosphere in the early evening, which comes alive with the sound of DJ sets organized as cocktails are served... This hypercentre wine bar boasts a cosy-chic ambience and, in addition to a menu of refined dishes and cheese and charcuterie platters to share, also offers made-to-measure wine and food pairings. Let Valentin, the head sommelier, guide you and perhaps even surprise you, and discover the perfect gourmet pairings! Founded in 1974, the Vignerons de Tutiac cooperative brings together 700 local winegrowers from 15 Bordeaux appellations. Passionate producers, they share the values of transparency and sharing. That's why they opened the Bistro Vignerons, their first wine bar! At the table, the chef proposes typical dishes such as carré de cochon du Sud-Ouest, piperade nouvelle, civet girondin or sablé poire chocolat, with original food and wine pairings.

The Café Pompier is an associative place managed by the students of the Bordeaux School of Fine Arts, which offers, on the one hand, a lunch service during the week. It also hosts various events related to the school (screenings, conferences or various presentations of work). On the menu, different varieties and methods: espresso, americano, caffè latte, mocha, filter coffee, siphon, cold extraction, affogato al caffè (iced coffee)... You can also buy your coffee : the fruity-vanilla of Guatemala, the floral jasmine blackcurrant of Ethiopia... In addition to the grocery corner, the Pelle Café is equipped with a pretty corner dedicated to coffee machines and their accessories, as well as an imposing roaster, at the back of the shop! For lunch, the establishment transforms itself into a restaurant by offering affordable formulas and a few dishes, vegetarian or not, to enjoy on site or to take away. Be careful, some noontimes, the wait can be a little long. We recommend a generous brunch consisting of a poached egg and grilled bacon, salmon or deli meats, a vegetarian tart, a basket of cheese, seasonal vegetables, fresh fruit juice, a dessert and... a coffee!

Located in the pleasant Rue Saint-James, the Vintage Bar boasts a small terrace overlooking the Grosse Cloche. Prefer to sit inside? There's no shortage of space!
