When Kristina and Mathieu opened their first high-quality artisan bakery-patisserie, they wanted to help the people of Lille (re)discover the true nature of bread. Mission accomplished, thanks to their baguettes and special breads made with organic flours, their assortment of homemade viennoiseries and pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat/raisins, apple turnovers, éclairs, Paris-Brest, mille-feuilles, tarts...), as well as their many variations of sandwiches, salads, quiches and pizzas for your best lunch breaks!

Christophe Paresys has been warmly welcoming you to his bakery since 2006. From breads and baguettes to viennoiseries and individual pastries, sandwiches and hot toast, all his dishes are a hit. Generous and deliciously gourmet, they are sold at prices accessible to all budgets and served by a young, dynamic and very pleasant staff. The owner himself is very friendly and happy to chat, which doesn't spoil anything. A small, family-run bakery that ticks all the right boxes!

Mamatte is a traditional bakery offering innovative homemade sourdough and specialty breads. It's a pastry shop presenting French classics in generous, shareable slabs. An exceptional all-you-can-eat brunch and coffee corner. It's a caterer of varied, comforting recipes. And above all... it's a "Mademoiselles" bar with croissants topped to the minute with gourmet preparations!

In short, this bakery is a modern gourmet kingdom not to be missed!

You know the small bear bear made in Villeneuve d'Ascq by Chocolate chocolate Chocolate. But the factory, specialising in chocolate bites and sweets, also produces three thousand tons of praline and thousands of greedy boxes every year. At the Christmas holidays, the ephemeral shop opens its doors from the end of November to 20 December to sell the production surplus at a very good price! Let lovers of chocolate take the word. Comptoir des Flandres uses authentic mixers, molds and ovens. Tradition is no joke here. The factory outlet is a veritable goldmine for gift ideas and will satisfy the appetite of even the most gourmand. You'll find products sold in regular shops, as well as downgraded products and gift baskets.

The teams at Amélie's two boutiques will make you melt with pleasure every day with their wide assortments of homemade breads, viennoiseries and pastries to suit every need and craving. Végéta'Ly is the story of Lily, a thirty-something vegan and proud of her inclusive cuisine, who wants to enable everyone to enjoy gourmet products to suit all diets. She works with 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate (without gluten or palm oil), healthy fruits, and "veganizes" classic recipes by replacing certain ingredients (soy cream, coconut sugar, plant-based milk chocolate or chickpea juice) for delicious proposals full of ethical values!

One of the best artisan bakers in the metropolis is located in Wambrechies. Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometres to taste its special breads, organic breads, pure butter pastries or its wonderful. Olivier Vandromme is more than just a baker, he is a true creator who loves to share his know-how and his passion. And here we also like to share the know-how of other local producers.
