Excellent historical bakery and pastry shop in Old Lille.
Behind its authentic period window featuring wood and stained glass, the pretty bakery-pastry shop that has been home to local families since 1960 remains true to the memories of our childhood! Open your eyes and you'll even catch a glimpse, through a small trapdoor in the front, of the bakers and patissiers busy at dawn preparing croissants, freshly baked pains au chocolat... unless it's their indestructible Lion d'Or tart, a light tropézienne, or their delicious sandwiches? They all sell like hotcakes! Don't forget to stop by on special occasions (Easter, May Day...), when the pastry chefs demonstrate even more creativity to delight the eyes as well as the taste buds!

Pastries and cakes are expensive but delicious, however I do not like their baguettes and staff is not always pleasant.

I did not test their pastries, but since their and finish they must be equally perfect taste.
The house is also varied sandwiches it break- lunch.
The only downside: there is often much tail. But do not worry your patience will be rewarded.
