Pavlova is a delicious pastry made with meringue and fruit. It's also Flore Spanneut's specialty. This pastry chef, with solid experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, chose to open a boutique in a neighborhood dear to her heart. Here, Pavlovas are available as magnificent little jewels to be savored. On the tasting menu: two signature flavors and three ephemeral ones, with seasonal fruits. An absolute delight that can also be found at many tables in the metropolis!
