Don't miss the traditional cooking classes at Atelier Cuisine Niçoise. The concept is a hit with locals and visitors alike. The aim is to reproduce typical Nice dishes, with recipes offered in a room equipped with 12 workstations. Gourmets can attend courses, conferences and presentations of artisanal products to discover the secrets of making Nissard sweets, to enjoy on the spot or to take away.

In this 10-hectare AOP Côtes de Provence vineyard, Serge and Sébastien Ramella strive to cultivate the authentic, in the purest respect of the organic charter. Their wines, in the three colours, can be tasted in their shop located in the village centre. The Ramella family is also a family of beekeepers for 3 generations, which proposes to you to discover its honeys of rosemary, acacia, heather, chestnut tree, thyme, lavender, arbutus and savory. Éouve is the Provençal name given to the ancestral holm oak. An exceptional terroir.

A family honey house established here in 1972 by Eliane and Jean-Louis Paxé, and managed today by Olivier, the son and his wife Virginie. Passionate beekeepers, they share with their visitors their love of bees, hives, and their delicious profession. Ask for information if you wish to visit their farm; in the meantime, their shop sells honey, fresh pollen and royal jelly, pastries and sweets, candles, soaps, honey vinegar and lots of ideas for 100% local gifts. Located on the large sunny square of the Palais de Justice, this market gathers about twenty booksellers and secondhand booksellers who offer at low prices old, rare or out of print books but also more contemporary works so that everyone can find his happiness. Organized only during the mild summer evenings, this craft market is the ideal place to admire the jewellery, pottery and paintings made with passion by craftsmen from Nice. Before a romantic meal or in the middle of two drinks with friends, there is always a good reason to stroll around this beautiful market, simply because the nocturnal atmosphere of the Saleya course has absolutely nothing to do with what you can know about the place during the day... Short circuits, hello! Hélène and André Sabatier, organic wine and olive oil producers since 2000, created this beautiful Maison de Pays association to honor the producers and the know-how of the surrounding villages. Today, it is their son Arnaud who has taken over the reins of the domain, and the passion remains. In addition to the wines in the three colors, the Maison de Pays offers local crafts and organic products.

The river Issole runs through this single vineyard, which covers 140 hectares, including 56 hectares of vines. A cellar dating back to 1896 is completed by a new winery which was built in 2012. The typical Côtes-de-Provence grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc and Rolle produce high quality AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Vin de Pays des Maures wines, which can be tasted in the sales cellar, which is housed in a medieval building, as well as in two old 19th century ceramic vats.

The cellar of Flassans, associated with the cellars of Cabasse and Besse, brings a human and technical dimension which makes it one of the most important structures of the Var. The 1,200 ha vineyard is spread over 9 communes, half of which are classified as AOP Côtes-de-Provence. Some 140 winegrowers bring more than 6,000 tons of grapes per year to the cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Flassans wine counter offers a wide range of bottles and BIBs.

As its name indicates, here it's all about flavors, those of the Mediterranean. Since 1965, Soléou has been making the kitchen sing with its subtle blends of olive oil, rapeseed oil and nuts. The condiments are aromatic and the spreads tasty. We love the "Caractère" organic olive oil, the special wok and pizza oils, and the old-fashioned mustard with candied fruits and honey that melts on white meats.
