Philippe and Marie-Hélène Grammont manage this 6.5-hectare estate located in green Provence. In a landscape with an air of Tuscany, the 18th century bastide is surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses. 11 different grape varieties are cultivated in integrated agriculture with vinification on the estate. It is one of the most medal-winning estates in France. The estate produces AOP Provence rosé and red wines and local white wines. Valcolombe is particularly renowned for its Baroque cuvée, aged in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest and from Missouri.

The cooperative cellar of Pierrefeu gathers the productions of different wine growers of the territory. The blends are made in the cellar and sold in the adjoining store, which offers wines in the three colors, with a large predominance of rosé of course, with more than 80% of the production. Situated on an ancestral land at the foot of the Massif de L'Estérel, where vines have been cultivated for over 230 years, the Domaine extends over 1350 hectares of garrigue, maquis and forest. The rolle, clairette, syrah and cinsault grape varieties take root in a draining volcanic soil: Rhyolite. From harvest to vinification, all our wines are handcrafted and organically produced. Food lovers, there's no need to wait for market appearances to fill up on harvested honey - it's now on sale in Biot! Bee Riviera has opened its boutique opposite the town hall, filled with charm and magnificent stone walls, where jars of 100% local honey can be found, as well as mead and jams, not forgetting Catherine Brothier's delicious ZK chocolate spread. The honey producer has also entered into a partnership with Héloïse Gaidoz, a talented pastry chef from Biot.

When you arrive in the center of Cotignac at the end of the day, it is impossible to ignore a small garden terrace nestled against the rock, where the atmosphere is festive. At the "tailleur de bière", you can taste the productions of the microbrewery of La Tuf, managed by Renaud, who came from the flat country to treat us. For several centuries, farmers have developed a pastoral activity essentially oriented towards cheese production. All stages of production are carried out in the mountain cheese dairies. In the Dorgane district, several farms are located, notably that of Annie and Gérard Sic who raise goats and dairy sheep. The road stops at 600 m from the farm. Finish on foot! Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Domaine de l'Allamande is a 115-hectare family estate located in Cuers, in the golden triangle of the Côtes de Provence. Taken over by the Quiroga family in 2013, the estate produces authentic, elegant wines with respect for the environment, as evidenced by its ongoing conversion to organic farming. Vincent Quiroga, the 8th generation of young winemakers, is committed to perpetuating the family winegrowing tradition. The wines express the estate's different terroirs, from the schists of Pierrefeu to the slopes of Allamande. It's the ideal place to find terroir wines full of value.

The estate, created in 1974, located at the gateway to the Verdon National Park, extends its 200-hectare vineyard in a sumptuous natural cirque. Developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s, it has become the largest estate in the AOC Coteaux Varois appellation in Provence. In 2017, Pascal Debon took over and invested in state-of-the-art equipment to make gourmet and delicate wines. Since July 2019, the estate has been home to the Cantarelle distillery, a Provence gin made exclusively from Provence grapes.

The name "BACHO Brewery" comes from the Amerindian language. Loup" is in fact "Bacho", in reference to the Loup river, which flows through the commune where this craft brewery is located. The old Rossignol oil mill, which dates back to 1760, has kept its granite millstones over the years. Today, they stand next to a sophisticated modern machine which ensures the pressing. Only 80 kilos of fruit are needed to leave with the oil. Homemade olive paste and preserves are available on the mill's shelves. Interested individual visitors can ask for a guided tour. The production is on sale in the shop: olive oils, and all the products derived from the olive, including the olive preserve, a home-made recipe...

This must-see place offers a selection of local products and quality cured meats, made in the pure Piedmontese tradition: raw milk cheese, rigatello, reblochon, whole milk yogurt or fresh cheese. La Vacherie prepares your raclette platter and even lends you the machine! The most curious can visit the production workshop and discover the milking of the cows and the feeding of the calves. In summer, you can also find the heifers and calves of the breeder in Mollières, in the Mercantour park.

Voted best cellar in France in 2020 by the RVF, La Part des Anges combines three activities in one place: wine cellar, bistro at lunchtime, and wine bar. The store, which specializes in "natural" and organic wines, lists nearly 300 wines. The sympathetic owner of the place gives his advice and new finds. A few tables are set up at the back of the store so that you can enjoy your wine with a plate of cheese. A delicatessen section also offers olive oils, vinegars, peppers and salts.

This oil mill built in 1850 has been passed down from generation to generation. Today it is managed by Roselyne, the founder's granddaughter, assisted by her nephew Jean-Luc. As harvesting owners, they run a local olive grove and produce a great PDO oil that has been awarded several times. A small museum shows the flour mill of yesteryear and a video film retraces the stages of the oil mill. In the store, you can taste and buy olive products. Make an appointment to visit: Roselyne can't be at the mill!

Covering an area of 15 ha, Domaine Les Mûriers is planted with AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence vines. The first rosé wine was produced in 2021, and since 2022, rosé and white wines have been available. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle grapes are used for the rosés, while the white is 100% single-varietal Rolle. The domaine's wines are full of character. The rosé is almost gastronomic on the palate, while the white is lively and taut. Alexis, who works on the estate, is studying for an oenology certificate at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, Vaucluse.

For more than 15 years, the first U-pick in the Southeast, invites you to pick your own fruits and vegetables. Choose your favorite products according to the season and if you don't have the courage to bend down, you will also find in the store, the products of the garden already picked. You will always find aromatic herbs, thyme, sage, savory, rosemary, spearmint, marjoram, laurel, tarragon, chives and seasonal vegetables, green beans, celery, cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, salads...

This century-old cooperative produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP des Maures wines. The vineyard is made up of 350 hectares of which 250 hectares are Côtes-de-Provence, from which four AOP rosé and red wines are produced, and two PGI wines: "Lou Castellas" in the three colours, and "L'inattendue" in rosé. The winegrowers of Gonfaron have created "Inverso", a concept that gives consumers the keys to choosing and tasting their wines in an original way and provides visual cues to help them live the wine experience. With three levels of reading, numerical scale, product name and bottle design, Gonfaron wines become more accessible and understandable. The cooperative cellars of Saint-Maximin and Tourves, which produce organic PDO, IGP Var Sainte-Baume wines and sparkling wines, joined forces in 1997. Their terroir, located in the Coteaux-varois-en-Provence PDO production area, extends within a 15-kilometre radius around Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif and the hill of Saint-Probace, as far as the foothills of Mount Aurélien.

This 23-hectare Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence PDO estate, owned by Denis Alibert, was built on the ruins of the second largest known Roman wine-growing villa to date (it must have been 8,000^m2 at the time). The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

This confectionery-confectionery manufactures and sells Provençal chocolates and specialities. In particular, Didier Carrié created a unique recipe for the "Agay d'Agay", a white chocolate truffle, flavoured with vegetable liquor and lemon, and rolled in the powder of mimosa.
