The name of his brewery is inspired by the Cathar citadels, and 90% of the products used in his beers come from the Occitanie region. Three beers are the fruit of his labors. The blond Belgian Blond Ale is light, round, honeyed and caramelized. Red: Irish Pale Ale, copper-colored, flavored with Ornaison d'Oc red pomegranate. For more than 20 years, right in the center of Les Halles, the Maison Lopez has been delighting its regular customers and tourists with its certified organic tapenades. Go there and like us, you will fall for the classic tapenade made with green or black olives, unless the green one with peppers or the one with Espelette peppers tickles your fancy. You will also find candied garlic and candied tomato. We also like olive oil in half-liter, liter or five-liter cans. You can taste the tapenades and other spreads before buying.
