On the outskirts of the Izards district, Sylvain Collet and Florent Sassé grow organic vegetables and sell their produce picked that very morning. Freshness is guaranteed, and that's what makes all the difference. You'll find the taste of salad (watercress, rocket, lamb's lettuce, etc.), herbs, radishes, chard... In the city, it's great to be able to buy fresh, organic, seasonal vegetables at a fair price. Several times a month, meat producers from the Montagne Noire (beef, veal) and poultry producers from the Gers come to sell their produce direct. You'll also find bread, dried fruit, fruit and vegetables from other producers.
