La Chouette Coop has opened its collaborative and participative supermarket in summer 2020. "Collaborative and cooperative", but what else? The principle is audacious: the store is open to its owners, cooperators who have each committed to offering three hours of their time every four weeks to manage the premises. All decisions, from producer selection to organization, are made by the members. In turn, you can become one of these "consumer-actors" who benefit from carefully selected products at smart prices.
