A magnificent estate, undoubtedly the finest in Beaujolais and one of the most beautiful in France. With its French garden, the work of Le Nôtre, this château, built by Jules-Hardouin Mansart, has retained its superb appearance over the years. It is the largest single estate in Beaujolais (400 ha). Not only the château, but also its cellar and magnificent ^18th-century wine storehouse (108 m long) are classified as Historic Monuments. The estate alone produces 8% of the total production of brouilly, an exceptional brouilly made exclusively from gamay grapes, in keeping with tradition.

Château des Vergers is a vineyard located in Régnié-Durette. With its 12 hectares of Régnié cru vines, it is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, which has earned it the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) label. The estate offers wine tastings featuring Gamay noir à jus blanc, the region's emblematic grape variety. Vinification is by whole bunches, giving the wines appreciable structure and acidity. The terroir is mainly composed of decomposing pink granite, sandy soil and alluvium. The vineyards benefit from a sunny climate, which helps to raise the alcohol content of the wines. Château des Vergers also offers a gîte for visitors wishing to extend their stay.

Domaine Frédéric Laissus is a winery located in Le Mollard, Régnié-Durette. This family-run winery, which already boasts 4 generations of winemakers, offers a selection of wines from 12 hectares of vines in the Morgon, Côte de Brouilly and Régnié appellations. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wines are vinified in the traditional way by Frédéric Laissus himself. The domaine welcomes visitors to its cellars for tastings of its Crus du Beaujolais and special cuvées. Visits are possible throughout the week, but it's best to plan ahead, as the owners are sometimes busy in the vineyards. For those wishing to extend their stay, Frédéric Laissus' parents offer a gîte in the middle of the vineyards.

With a capacity of up to 300 seated guests, it offers a reception room with character and a vaulted cellar. The estate's family-run team will be delighted to assist you throughout your preparations, to ensure that your event is a memorable reflection of your image. Since 2001, Dominique Guillard has been producing red, rosé and white Beaujolais wines on 15 hectares, thanks to integrated viticulture, with a focus on quality while respecting the environment. He will be happy to welcome you to Oingt, a village classified among the most beautiful villages in France, to let you taste his wines. Two open days are organised throughout the year on the estate, at Pentecost and at the end of Beaujolais Nouveau. The Domaine offers a magnificent view of the Beaujolais of the Golden Stones. The Cave Coopérative Beaujolaise is a winery located in Le Bady, Saint-Vérand, in the Beaujolais et Lyonnais region. Founded in 1959, this cooperative now vinifies the production of 300 hectares of vines. It offers a selection of still red wines, such as Vieilles Vignes 2009, made from a selection of vines over forty years old, and Château Pérussel 2008, with its floral and fruity aromas. There are also still white wines, such as Château de Chanzé 1999, with its grapefruit aromas. Visitors can taste and buy wines on site.

At the Gaec de la Ferme du Berthou, certified High Environmental Value, lovers of good products come to buy directly. In the Pierres Dorées region, Domaine La Cruisille is run by brothers Hubert and Vincent Laverrière. This family estate produces harmonious, elegant wines that are representative of the region. A passionate and Friendly wine grower, Jacky Natural proposes morgon, flower, chiroubles, beaujolais-villages red and rosé, and burgundy white chardonnay. The know-how is based on the choice of the white gamay black gamay for the grape variety and the most important planting density in the world (9 to 10 000 feet/ha), demanding workforce, but essential to achieve a high quality level. The area of Fontriante, on 11 ha, has belonged to the same family for four generations, which have been able to take care of the vines, well exposed, at mid-coteau, between 250 and 400 m. Domaine des Grandes Tours is a producer of Beaujolais wines. For several decades, it has offered red, white and rosé wines in bottles and bag-in-box. The domaine favors a traditional production method, growing two grape varieties, Gamay and Chardonnay. The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in the Lucenay region. To limit the impact on the environment, the winemakers have developed grass cover in the vines and use biocontrol products and alternative methods. The estate is HVE3 certified. Residents of Villefranche-sur-Saône, Lyon and the Beaujolais region can buy quality, value-for-money wines direct from the producer. You can visit the winery to choose your wine, or order online and collect it from the boutique. Tours of the estate are also available to learn about the history and production process of Domaine des Grandes Tours wines.

Located in Anse, Maison Braillon specializes in the manufacture and sale of artisanal Beaujolais andouillettes. This family-run business offers andouillettes made by hand to a recipe handed down through three generations. Products are available for retail and wholesale.

Domaine Paire is an organic winegrower located in Ternand, a small town of character in the Beaujolais region. In addition to wine production, the domaine also offers a heritage museum. The museum features a collection of utensils and objects related to viticulture, as well as stories and anecdotes about the winemaker, the vines and the wine. Visitors can take part in oenology courses and taste the wines produced on site. The estate also offers a 10-person gîte, ideal for an oenological break with family or friends.
