Every day, the winegrowers themselves take turns to provide tastings and share their passion. They will present you the wines of their property but also three vintages that they select each week. Domaine Rochette is a must-see winery in the heart of the Beaujolais Crus. The estate offers guided tours of the vineyards and cellar by appointment, with a maximum capacity of 25 people. Picnics can also be booked on site.

This lively, open space is the perfect place to hone your knowledge of brouilly and côte-de-brouilly. A hundred wines from over 50 winegrowers, winemakers and producers are presented in this cellar. The winemakers are on hand at weekends to explain their production. A wheel press dating from 1820, tastings of regional products and exhibitions by local artists. Since 1971, Le Tastevin has been one of the leading names in wines and spirits in Villefranche-sur-Saône. Located in the shopping area of Villefranche, the store does not pay a mine but the chocolates are excellent. Here only beaujolaises specialities are produced: The Beaujolais Cap, the country's Tastevin and two home specialities: buhlois (marriage of black chocolate and macerated grapes to Marc marc) and caladois (black chocolate flux praline, pulp pulp, cherry pulp). You will also find classics such as praline, chocolate tablets and sugar. 

At the Perrelles farm, installed since 2002 in a beautiful golden stone building, you will find all the local products made in the pure tradition and respect for the animals: home-made foie gras, duck breast, whole, sliced or dried, tournedos, aiguillettes, legs, hearts. Made from hardy strains of ducks, the mulard, known for the quality of its meat, these products are guaranteed to be GMO-free (organic corn), without chemical preservatives, colourings or other stabilisers. Open doors are organised throughout the year.

Located at the exit of Saint-Georges de Reneins, 600 m ² reserved for the manufacture and sale of chocolate has just opened. Mr Mutin, who has been in Saint-Julien for 14 years, has just created this new space where he can now host group visits. If he works for professionals like bakers and pastry makers from all over France, he has decided to open his fee to the public. Be aware that this master chocolate maker has created the "cadole" an invention he has made the mark. And for the greedy, know that he is the only one making thistles to the liqueur without sugar!

From Villefranche, going to Liergues, take close to the cooperative wine cellar of Gleizé, the road of Saint-fonds, the property is then striking. Of the 9   ha of one holding, 8   ha are in silt and 1   ha in chardonnay that produced a white wine medalist in Mâcon. The wine cellar adjoining the main housing is large and serves as reception for 150 to 180 people, for weddings, parties, seminars. The property has been completely restored and highlights its stones. The old doors have been preserved, with antique furniture, old barrels and manger in the store. The green spaces covered allow for groups outside or under top. You can also find the calm on this hillside at the beginning of Golden Stones. The 3 cottages of 2 épis and the 3 guest rooms are located in an independent building overlooking the beautiful area, with a garden area, a set of balls and parking adjoining. It's the full campaign, with its trails, and the city is nearby.

In the 1970s, the Perrachon family acquired the château and its estate, producing Beaujolais and Burgundy wines on 20 hectares. Eight appellations in white, red and rosé, including four crus in the Beaujolais and a Crémant de Bourgogne. Concerned about its environment, the estate works in integrated farming, as evidenced by the Terra Vitis charter. Note that it is possible to buy wines online if you can't come to the cellar.

Not far from the imposing prefecture building lies a charming bakery. Here, as much importance is attached to the quality of the raw materials as to that of the finished products. The breads are made from local organic flours and baked in a wood-fired oven dating back to 1860, giving them an inimitable taste. Viennoiseries, pastries and savoury products complete the offer of this traditional bakery. The bakery has won several awards in the best galette des rois competition organized each year by the municipality.

Created in 2021 by Charlotte and Fabrice, La Maison des ateliers is a unique place where people come to learn and exchange. Here are two generations that the Germain family - today it's Nicolas Germain who is at the helm - we rule chocolates and desserts based on high quality ingredients without concession, especially concerning chocolate, of course, which is pure cocoa butter. Since 1982, Gino and Eve have run En Italie, a renowned delicatessen in the center of town. Since March 2024, young Anna and her parents, Andrea and Maria Luce, also from Italy, have taken over. Nicolas Germain's patisserie-chocolaterie is a paradise of sweet, fruit and chocolate specialties. Let yourself be tempted by the boxes of chocolate, the ballotin of Rocher de Solutré with its caramelized almonds coated in dark chocolate, the monk's truffles or the multiple assortments of sweet macaroons. A creator of good things, Nicolas Germain also invites you to sample his "Chocorange", pastels de Nata, savoury delights and, in summer, delicious artisanal ice creams, to enjoy on the terrace or to take away.

In existence since 2010, this PDO promotes a goat's cheese from the Mâconnais region. It's the mark of a traditional, high-quality product, produced between vineyards and rocky outcrops. This tasty cheese, made from 100% pure raw goat's milk, has an extremely distinctive character. It can be recognized by its truncated shape and soft, bloomy rind. Ideal to round off a cheese platter, this little goat's cheese, eaten warm, fresh or matured, is a fine counterpoint to pinot or chardonnay.

The panoramic tasting cellar is located on the ridge overlooking the Ain and the Beaujolais. Raphaël Saint-Cyr welcomes you to taste free of charge the wines produced on the estate in Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent appellations. Located at the Col du Fût d'Avenas, at an altitude of 762 m, the honey house offers you the fruit of its bees' gathering: more than 10 varieties of honey extracted and put in jars, directly on the farm. Welcome by appointment. Jean-Paul will show you the techniques of extracting honey and will make you taste his products. He makes honey and mead, of course, but also proposes royal jelly, spices, candles and other derivatives.

For more than 40 years, Jean-Marc Montegottero and his team have been perpetuating the artisanal production of virgin oils 100% from the fruit; a completely natural fine product: one fruit... one oil. Huilerie Beaujolaise offers a range of 12 virgin oils of dried fruits, a dozen olive oils, refined oils, as well as 4 oils of maceration (grape seed, olive and cep, black and white truffle). Proud of his snails, the héliciculteur will tell you their life from reproduction to preparation: there are no fewer than 335 000 subjects divided into 6 parks. Jean-Paul will share a true passion for you. His recipes, he invented them with a great deal of humour and usability: So are the mini-puff of snails, the dishes, the candied snails to use like the gizzards to complement a salad, the Escarpéro, the snails or the famous escargotoasts that can be spreads on hot toast, steaks, tournedos or simply in accompaniment of fresh pasta. After the Second World War, the Beaujolais winegrowers decided to unite to defend their interests by founding the Beaujolais Wine Union. In 1956, the Caveau des Beaujolais-Villages was created, which became the Comptoir Beaujolais. It has undergone a splendid renovation, highlighting the stone walls with lime of this cellar inaugurated last year. Tasting and sale of the productions of 15 winegrowers with all the appellations of Beaujolais gathered to increase our pleasure tenfold and crémants of Burgundy.

The Bereziat family has a 15-hectare estate in the heart of the Brouilly Cru, where they practice sustainable farming and focus on the production of quality wines. With a vineyard composed mainly of old vines, the estate produces AOC Beaujolais, Beaujolais Villages, Brouilly and Moulin à Vent in the Gamay grape variety, as well as a white wine in the Viognier variety. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is bottled at the estate. Reception in one of the 3 guest rooms.

The area, the cradle of several generations, dominates the village of Cercié, at the foot of Mont-Brouilly Chapel. Here we find three names  : Beaujolais-villages, brouilly with its intense ruby robe, aromas of red fruit or plum and a cellaring and powerful body, it is the believer who expresses the fruity bouquet of the gamay grape. Morgon, a pleasant young man but takes over a special scent of ripe fruit and nuclei over time. Most of the domain  : manual harvest with very selective sorting on the table to the vine. The area also includes a rural cottage for 5 people (2 ears).

Château de la Terrière is a winery located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. It is considered the jewel of the region and offers a wide selection of quality wines. The estate belongs to the Beaujolais-Bourgogne winegrowers' association, which promotes the region's wines. Château de la Terrière is renowned for its production of white wines, notably those of Domaine Auvigue. It also offers wines from Côtes de Nervers, Domaine des 3 Tilleuls, La Pirolette, La Renjardière, Domaine Romy, Vin Sauvage A Poil and Les Enracinés. Domaine Ruet is a vineyard located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. Since 1926, the Ruet family has been perpetuating their passion for wine on this exceptional terroir in Voujon, at the foot of the Brouilly hill. The domaine produces seven Beaujolais appellations, including Brouilly, Chiroubles, Morgon, Côte-de-Brouilly, Régnié, Beaujolais (red and rosé) and Beaujolais-Villages (red and white), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne (white and rosé) and Pinot Noir. David Bost seeks excellence and uses ancestral techniques as the most recent of the 22 ha of the domain. To control erosion and limit weeds, it returned to soil cultivation of vineyards and grasslands. However, the chai is most modern to ensure high quality vinification. In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, Domaine Clos des Garands offers self-catering cottages for peaceful stays with family or friends. Located in the charming village of Juliénas, the Depardon Père et Fils winery is a must-see destination for wine lovers. Run by Maryse and Jean-Paul Depardon since 1967, this family-run operation produces one of the most renowned crus in the Beaujolais region. Domaine du Penlois is a winery located in Lancié, in the Beaujolais region. Founded in 1922, it is now run by the Besson family, who perpetuate a know-how handed down from generation to generation.
