Franck Décrenisse has many strings to his bow. In addition to the fruit and vegetables he grows on his 7-hectare estate, he sets himself apart from the traditional Beaujolais landscape with, in addition to the classic Gamay and Chardonnay grape varieties, plants of Syrah and, even more surprisingly, Viognier. A change of scenery is guaranteed with Coteaux du Lyonnais PDO wines such as Châteauvieux 100% Gamay red or Champ de Force 100% Chardonnay white. Venture to taste Quetzal, a mellow wine that goes well with desserts.
