He handcrafts ice creams and sorbets with subtle, gourmet flavors, using fruit, flowers and spices. We love his jasmine, rose petal and violet ice creams, his espresso coffee, fleur de sel caramel, marron glacé, Périgord walnut and Périgord strawberry sorbets. No retail sales, but all the ice creams can be sampled in several restaurants and stores in the Périgord Noir.

It can be very hot in the summer in Périgord. So much so that you will surely be tempted to try a good artisanal ice cream. At this ice cream shop, everything is good! From the most classic flavours to the most audacious. It's a pity that there aren't any tables to sit at, but they still provide you with a spoon to enjoy your ice cream while you stroll around. It's served copiously and the price remains very correct. For a 100% Périgord experience, try the walnut ice cream, it's a delight.

Isabelle and Yves are organic milk producers. Some farmers make cheese, they have decided to make farm milk ice cream. They are masters of the whole chain, from the GMO-free feeding of their animals to their ice creams made from whole milk without additives. The milk jam is made from milk and sugar that is only cooked for many hours. A la carte 22 flavours plus a sorbet are available in jars, logs and cakes. They also sell preserves, honeys, jams, organic wines and dried fruit from local producers.
