On the road to Ossau-Iraty, take a gourmet break at the farm of Isabelle and Jean-Louis. Located in Orègue, near Labastide-Clairence, the farm is based on 35 ha, of which 25 are reserved for the grazing of animals and poultry, all year long. Manex ewes with red heads for cheese, milk, curds, yoghurts... pigs raised in the open air for salted meats and hams, because here, everything is transformed at the farm which can also be visited. Products in short circuit because we are here adept of the locavorism which is a consumption produced in a radius of 100 km.
