For 4 generations, Marie-Hélène and Christian have been producing delicious farmhouse cheeses, made from raw, whole milk from sheep and cows, from milking the 22 cows and 300 ewes to maturing, sold directly from the farm and at markets in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz and Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. Don't hesitate to leave the main road towards the lake and turn right - signposted - to discover this beautiful farm set in lush greenery. They welcome you home to taste and buy their cow's milk cheeses.
