Marie-Hélène and Christian have been producing delicious farmhouse cheeses for 4 generations, made from raw and whole milk, from the milking of the 22 cows and 300 ewes to the maturing process. They are sold directly at the farm and at the markets of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. Don't hesitate to leave the main road towards the lake to turn right - signposted - and discover this beautiful farm in a green setting. They welcome you at home to taste and buy the white cow's milk cheeses.
